Storage of pulp molding pallets requires attention to several conditions, including temperature, humidity, and light.
Temperature: Pallets should be stored at room temperature, generally between 5℃ and 35℃. Excessive temperature may cause the pallets to deform and soften, affecting their strength and shape; excessively low temperature, especially below freezing, may cause them to become brittle and easily break.
Humidity: Relative humidity should ideally be maintained between 40% and 70%. Excessive humidity will cause the pallets to absorb moisture, leading to softening, mold growth, and reduced load-bearing capacity and hygiene; insufficient humidity will cause them to crack.
Light: Avoid direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure will cause the pallets to yellow, become brittle, and accelerate aging.
Stacking: Pallets should be stacked neatly, and the layers should not be too high to prevent damage to the bottom pallets. Maintain a certain distance from the ground and walls to ensure air circulation.
