In 2012, we moved our manufacturing base from Shenzhen to Huangjiang, where our factory spans a total area of 22,000 square meters. Our core product portfolio covers a full range of pulp molding technologies, including wet pressing, premium dry pressing, and standard dry pressing processes. Our production facility is equipped with a comprehensive suite of advanced equipment, including semi-automatic and fully automatic production lines, circular cutting and assembly machines, a 3-kilometer fully automatic basket production line, and a 2,000-square-meter drying shed. We also boast a dedicated mold processing workshop with more than 16 CNC machining machines and a professional 3D prototyping machine. This integrated setup allows our factory to deliver a one-stop solution for the entire product lifecycle, from R&D and design, mold processing and fabrication, to the mass production of paper-plastic products.
