Our Factories

Established in 2012, KBD's 22,000㎡ Dongguan headquarters is our global operational core with a full production chain.
Equipped with automated lines, CNC machines and 3D proofing, we specialize in wet and dry pressing, offering packaging in natural, white, gray and A4 white.

Established in 2021 with 12,000 square meters of space, the second Dongguan factory focuses on wet pressing and premium dry pressing. It houses 45 molding and hot-pressing machines, a 2-kilometer automated basket line, and advanced trimming equipment, serving as a high-capacity support facility for the headquarters.

Founded in 2008, the Foshan plant is KBD's color customization center. Specializing in wet pressing and fine dry pressing, it offers custom color solutions, with black as the primary color and a full range of tailored color-matching services to meet diverse branding needs.

Established in 2011, the Suzhou factory spans 8,000 square meters and focuses on dry pressing with yellow pulp. With a monthly capacity of 300 tons and efficient drying lines, it serves clients across the Yangtze River Delta region.

Launched in 2017, the Nantong factory covers 30 acres and integrates wet pressing, premium dry pressing, and industrial dry pressing processes. Equipped with a 5.5-kilometer automated basket line, a 3,000㎡ drying shed, and a full in-house mold workshop, it supports large-scale and customized production.

Opened in 2021, the Tongchuan factory covers 14,000 square meters. It produces a diverse range of pulp-molded products in yellow, white, natural, gray, and dyed colors, supporting customers throughout Northwest China.

Located in Lima Industrial Park, Malvar City, the Philippines factory spans 8,000 square meters and is the region's most advanced and fully equipped pulp molding facility. It integrates design, mold fabrication, and automated production lines to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions to clients across Southeast Asia.
