Domestic pulp molding products are divided into three categories: disposable tableware, high-end industrial packaging, and general cushioning packaging.
Disposable Tableware: Primarily used for catering purposes, these are pulp molding utensils, including food boxes, plates, dishes, knives, forks, chopsticks, bowls, cups, etc. They are made from pulp of annual herbaceous plants such as wheat straw, sugarcane, reeds, and rice straw through processes such as pulping, injection (or suction, scooping), molding, setting (or shaping), trimming, sorting, sterilization, and packaging.
High-End Industrial Packaging: From a production process perspective, these are primarily paper-plastic products made using wet pressing and semi-dry pressing techniques. They are high-quality packaging products mainly used for electronic product boxes, cosmetic boxes, medicine boxes, and gift boxes.
General Cushioning Packaging: From a production process perspective, these are products mainly made using dry pressing technology. They are primarily cushioning packaging products, including egg trays, fruit trays, vegetable trays, and packaging for fragile items.
