To ensure the quality and performance of pulp molding pallets, the industry has established a series of stringent standards and specifications.
These standards cover multiple aspects, including raw material selection, production processes, and product quality testing.
Strict adherence to these standards is essential during production to ensure product stability and reliability. Furthermore, quality grading (such as Grade A, Grade B, etc.) allows consumers to more intuitively understand the product's quality level.
The production of pulp molded pallets must comply with international standards ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system certifications. Regarding load-bearing capacity, according to ASTM standards, dynamic load (load-bearing while moving) must reach 1-5 tons, and static load (load-bearing while stationary) must reach 8-10 tons. Moisture-proof pallets must pass IPX4 certification to ensure no leakage within 24 hours in humid environments.
